Team Management
Creating a Team
Teams are autonomous collectives for collaborative translation work. Anyone can create a team:
Navigate to Teams
Click "Teams" in the main navigation bar
Create Team
Click "Create Team" and fill in the team name, description, and slug
Configure Settings
Set visibility (public/private) and join request settings
Inviting Members
Build your team by inviting collaborators with different roles and permissions:
How to Invite
- • Go to your team page and click "Invite Member"
- • Enter the email address of the person you want to invite
- • Choose their role (Owner, Admin, Member, or Viewer)
- • Add an optional personal message
- • Click "Send Invitation"
Invitation Process
- • Invitations are sent via email with a unique link
- • Recipients must have an Insurgent Ink account to accept
- • Invitations expire after 7 days
- • You can resend or cancel pending invitations

Creating Team Translations
Team translations allow collaborative work with shared access and permissions:

Team Only
Only team members can view the translation
Team + Public
Team members and public users can view
Public
Anyone can view the translation
How to Create Team Translations
- • When creating a translation, check "Create as team translation"
- • Select your team from the dropdown
- • Choose the access level (team only, team + public, or public)
- • All team members will be notified about the new translation
